Store Credit & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:

For Delivery Orders:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • After 14 days, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
  • To start the process, email us at support@kcacresco.com with your name, order number, and the items you want to return, plus whether you’d like a store credit or an exchange.
  • Store credit will be issued via digital Gift Card after we confirm your return.

For Local Pick-Up Orders:

  • You have 14 days from when you receive the “ready for pick-up” email to request a return or exchange.
  • After 14 days, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
  • To start the process, email us at support@kcacresco.com with your name, order number, and the items you want to return, plus your preference for store credit or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Sale items (all sale items are final).
  • Worn or damaged items.
  • Consumable goods, candles, socks, bodysuits, and stationery.

Important Notes:

  • The sender is responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Please email us directly for returns and exchanges – we do not process exchanges/store-credit via social media messages.
  • All items purchased at pop-up events, outside or our warehouse, are final sale.
