FAQ - Store Credit & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

Items that are eligible for returns may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. 

The customer will have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

After 14 days, the products are no longer eligible for store credit or exchange. 

Products will not be accepted for store credit or exchange without confirmation from the KC & Acres Co. team. 

Shipping back to KC Acres & Co. is the senders responsibility. 

To start the return process, please email support@kcacresco.com with your name, order number and which items you wish to return, and if you would like to exchange or if you would like a store credit.

Store credit will be issued to the customer via Gift Card, after the return has been confirmed by a KC & Acres Co. team member. The Gift Card will be sent digitally to the email provided for the store credit.

Please do NOT direct message us on social media for a return. Our messages often get lost in cyber space, and we may not receive your message or get back to you in a timely manner. Returns will not be confirmed via social media.

Items not Eligible for Returns or Exchange

Sale products - ALL sale items are final sale.

Worn or damaged items. 

Consumable goods, stationary, candles, socks, bodysuits.
